Ingredients:
- 1 refrigerated pie crust (9 inch)
- 1 cup chopped broccoli
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup cooked ham, cubed
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup half-and-half cream
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Take out the pie crust from the refrigerator and let it sit at room temperature for 15 minutes.
- Unroll the pie crust and press it onto the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie plate. Trim the edges, if needed.
- In a medium-sized frying pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the chopped broccoli and ham to the pan and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the beaten eggs, half-and-half cream, salt, and black pepper.
- Spread the broccoli and ham mixture evenly over the bottom of the pie crust.
- Sprinkle the shredded Swiss cheese over the top of the broccoli and ham mixture.
- Pour the egg mixture carefully over the top of the cheese.
- Bake the quiche for 40-45 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let the quiche cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

- 1/2 cup diced cooked ham

- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
