Pioneer Woman Pasta Pot With Strainer

Pasta Carbonara

- 1 lb. spaghetti
- 1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 lb. bacon, chopped
- 1/2 cup heavy cream

- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Add bacon and cook until crispy, about 8 minutes. Remove bacon from skillet and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain.
- Add cream to skillet and simmer for 2 minutes. Add pasta and 1/2 cup reserved pasta water and toss until well coated.
- Add Parmesan and toss until cheese has melted and sauce is creamy.
- In a small bowl, whisk together eggs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Gradually pour egg mixture into skillet, stirring constantly, until eggs have cooked and mixture is creamy.
- Remove from heat and stir in bacon. Serve immediately.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Cut bread in half lengthwise and place onto a baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix together butter, garlic, Parmesan, mozzarella, and Italian seasoning until well combined.
- Spread butter mixture onto bread halves.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bread is golden brown.

Chocolate Chunk Cookies
Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup white sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate chunks
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until light and fluffy.
- Mix in eggs and vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Fold in chocolate chunks.
- Using a cookie scoop or spoon, drop dough onto a lined baking sheet.
