Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 package (12 ounces) refrigerated biscuits

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, pecans, and butter.
  4. Open the biscuit package and separate the biscuits.
  5. Using a rolling pin, roll out each biscuit until it is about 1/4 inch thick.
  6. Spread the brown sugar mixture over each biscuit.
  7. Roll each biscuit up tightly, starting at the short end.
  8. Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces.
  9. Place 3 or 4 pieces in each muffin cup.
  10. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes, or until the buns are golden brown.
  11. Cool in the muffin tin for 5 minutes, then remove to a wire rack to cool completely.
