Pioneer Woman Ham BBQ
Y'all know Easter is right around the corner, and let me tell you, scalloped potatoes and ham are an absolute must on this holiday. I found this recipe on the interwebs that I just had to share with y'all.
Scalloped Potatoes and Ham
This dish is so easy to make and is sure to impress your guests. The key to getting the perfect creamy texture in the potatoes is to slice them thinly and layer them evenly in the baking dish. Here's what you'll need:
- 1 1/2 lbs. potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 lb. ham, cubed
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp. butter, melted
- salt and pepper to taste
Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish and layer half of the sliced potatoes evenly in the bottom. Top the potatoes with the cubed ham and then layer the remaining potatoes on top. In a separate bowl, whisk together the cream of mushroom soup, milk, shredded cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper. Pour the mixture over the potatoes and ham in the baking dish.
In a small bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs and melted butter. Sprinkle the mixture evenly over the top of the potatoes. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 45 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the potatoes are tender. Serve hot and enjoy!

Y'all, have y'all seen that Ree Drummond, aka The Pioneer Woman, has a new line of dressings, BBQ sauces, and pasta at your local grocery store? I was so excited to try them out and they did not disappoint.
The dressings come in three flavors: Ranch, Italian, and Balsamic Vinaigrette. They are all so creamy and flavorful, and the Balsamic Vinaigrette is my personal favorite.
The BBQ sauces come in four flavors: Sweet BBQ, Spicy BBQ, Apple Brown Sugar BBQ, and Peach Whiskey BBQ. The Peach Whiskey BBQ sauce is something else, y'all. It's sweet with a little kick, and pairs perfectly with grilled chicken or pork.
Lastly, the pasta comes in a variety of shapes and flavors, including Spicy Arrabbiata, Tomato Basil, and Four Cheese. I made the Tomato Basil pasta with some grilled shrimp for dinner last night and it was amazing.
