Chicken Tetrazzini Pioneer Woman

First things first, here's what you'll need:

1 package (16 oz) spaghetti
4 cups cooked, shredded chicken
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup butter
1 small onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup milk
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add onion and garlic and sauté until onion is translucent.
Add flour and whisk together to form a roux. Cook for 1-2 minutes until mixture is lightly browned.
Slowly add chicken broth and milk, whisking constantly to prevent lumps. Cook until mixture thickens, about 5-7 minutes.

Add cooked chicken and spaghetti to the sauce and stir until well combined.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Transfer spaghetti mixture to the prepared baking dish. Top with remaining cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, and chopped parsley.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is melted and breadcrumbs are golden brown.
