  4. In a separate bowl, mix together ketchup, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce. Spread the mixture over the meatloaf.
  5. Bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees Fahrenheit.

  8. Place a layer of pastry cream on top of one of the puff pastry rectangles. Top with another rectangle, and continue layering until you have used up all the pastry cream and pastry rectangles.
  9. Dust the finished pastry with powdered sugar before serving.

Pastry cream can be made a day in advance, and stored covered in the refrigerator until ready to use. Mille-feuille is best served fresh.
