Mango Slaw Pioneer Woman

Caribbean Burgers with Mango Slaw
This juicy burger is the perfect way to bring a bit of Caribbean flavor to your dinner table. With a tasty combination of spices and a fresh mango slaw, it's the perfect twist on the classic burger. And the best part? It's so easy to make! Here's how:
Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 4 burger buns
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1 mango, peeled and sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, black pepper, breadcrumbs, and egg. Mix until well combined, then form the mixture into 4 patties.
- Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Add the burgers to the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until fully cooked.
- While the burgers are cooking, prepare the mango slaw. In a medium bowl, toss together the shredded cabbage, mango slices, cilantro, honey, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
- To assemble the burgers, place each patty on a bun and top with a generous amount of the mango slaw.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
